When you join the website waitlist or reserve Founder access, we may collect your email address. This signup is for launch and Founder access communications only. It does not complete a purchase, and the mobile app does not require an email address to use its core purchase-decision features. We do not require bank account credentials, financial account logins, or sensitive financial data.
We use your email address for communications related to the AntMind launch and/or Founder access. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. All purchase evaluation data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to sync.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your credit card details.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AntMind website and application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Founding Ant access is planned as a $29 one-time purchase for lifetime AntMind+ access. The offer closes after the first 100 verified purchases or 60 calendar days after public launch, whichever comes first. Future AntMind+ features are included as they become available and are not necessarily available today. Founding Ant access has no annual renewal.
We offer a full refund within 60 days of the public launch of AntMind. If the application does not meet your expectations, contact us through the app store or our social channels for a no-questions-asked refund.
You agree to use AntMind for personal financial decision support only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.
AntMind provides spending insights and estimates for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. Past spending patterns and projected savings are estimates and not guarantees. Consult a qualified financial advisor for personal financial decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AntMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
